This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern Connecticut, eastern
Massachusetts, northeastern Massachusetts, southeastern
Massachusetts, western Massachusetts, northern Rhode Island and
southern Rhode Island.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Areas of dense fog are possible tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

There is a risk for some minor urban and poor drainage flooding on
Tuesday, and a low risk for some additional flooding on rivers due
to lagging ice jams.

A wind advisory may be needed Tuesday for portions of Rhode Island
and eastern MA for southerly wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph.


Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
 conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
