This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, most of east central New York with the
exception of the Adirondacks.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Spotty areas of drizzle or freezing drizzle with some sleet are
possible late tonight. With temperatures near freezing, some icy
spots cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Spotty areas of drizzle or freezing drizzle are possible through
early Monday. With temperatures near freezing, some icy spots cannot
be ruled out.

A storm system is expected to bring a moderate to locally heavy
rainfall and some snow melt Monday into Tuesday which could lead to
renewed river rises. Current forecasts place the heaviest period of
rain on Tuesday morning. The rain and temperatures above freezing
could potentially move jammed ice and/or cause renewed flooding at
jammed locations. There is low confidence in flooding potential in
the vicinity of ice jams.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
