Winter Storm to Bring Widespread Hazardous Weather from the South into the East

Another winter storm will shift across the Great Lakes into New England today through Thursday. Ice and snow will change to some rain today along the Appalachian corridor before ending as some snow Thursday. Strong winds will cause a ground blizzard in the Northern Plains.
