Thursday: Northwest wind less than 10 knots veering east late. Partly cloudy. A chance of rain showers and snow showers late. Waves calm to 1 foot.

Thursday Night: Southeast wind 5 to 15 knots veering southwest 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Gusts up to 22 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow showers possibly mixed with rain showers in the evening, then a chance of rain showers after midnight. Waves building to 1 to 2 feet.
