
Tropical Storm Edouard Along the Gulf Coast; Heat Expands Eastward
Tropical Storm Edouard off the central Gulf Coast will bring tropical storm conditions and heavy rainfall to portions of Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts Tuesday into Wednesday.
