Severe thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts will be possible from the mid-Mississippi Valley into parts of the Ohio Valley and central Appalachians tonight. Heavy rain associated with these storms may lead to considerable flash and urban flooding impacts across portions of the Ohio Valley. Forecast: Combined seas 2 to 4 ft building to 3 to 5 ft on wednesday. Bar conditions light. Maximum ebb currents will occur around 430 pm tuesday, 445 am wednesday, and 515 pm wednesday. The wednesday morning ebb will be very strong.
