A round of severe thunderstorms are forecast across areas of the Southern Plains, Mississippi Valley and Great Lakes this afternoon and tonight; The threat for flash flooding will also accompany these storms. Forecast: Combined seas 5 to 7 ft, except building to 8 ft during the ebbs. Bar conditions light to moderate, except moderate around the ebbs. Maximum ebb currents will occur around 500 am friday, 530 pm friday, and 545 am saturday. The morning ebbs will be very strong.
