Tonight: Northwest wind 10 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy through midnight then becoming mostly cloudy. Waves building to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet, then subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.

Thursday: Northwest wind 10 to 15 knots backing southwest less than 10 knots by late morning, then backing southeast 10 to 15 knots late. Partly cloudy. A slight chance of snow showers late. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.

Thursday Night: Southeast wind up to 30 knots backing east after midnight. Gale force gusts up to 37 knots. Snow. Waves building to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.
