Heavy Rain in Arklatex Region; Return of Heavy Mountain Snow to the West

An approaching Arctic boundary will interact with a very warm and moisture ladened boundary to produce heavy rain from the South and Central Plains into the Mid-South. An upper level low will continue to produce accumulating snow in the 4-Corners and into the Plains.
