Scattered severe storms may produce damaging winds, hail, a few tornadoes, and isolated flash flooding from the Northeast into the Mid-Atlantic today. Severe storms are also expected to move from eastern New Mexico into the Texas Panhandle today with a threat for large hail and severe wind gusts.
