A winter storm will slowly develop over the Ohio Valley through Wednesday before rapidly strengthening while shifting into southeastern Canada Thursday. A band of snow will develop over the Midwest today into Wednesday, with snow shifting to the interior Northeast on Wednesday night and Thursday.
