Severe Thunderstorms, Heavy Rainfall, and Flooding Possible Across Portions of Texas

Strong to severe thunderstorms, heavy rainfall, and localized flooding will remain possible across portions of Texas through Wednesday night. Rain and thunderstorms will then advance along the Gulf Coast and into parts of the Southeast on Thursday.
