Two Storms to Bring Impactful Winter Weather to the Central and Eastern U.S.

A winter storm will bring heavy snow and ice to the Ohio Valley into the Mid-Atlantic Tuesday into Wednesday. Significant ice is forecast for the Central Appalachians.
