As a potent winter storm moves off the coast of New England, heavy snow will be possible in its wake downwind of the eastern Great Lakes through Monday night and into Tuesday. A quick-hitting winter storm will bring strong winds and snow to the northern Plains and Upper Great Lakes Tuesday.
