A strong cold front will cross the Rockies today, Midwest Friday, Great Lakes to Mississippi Valley Saturday, then East Coast on Sunday with areas of showers and thunderstorms. Cold high pressure in the wake of the front will bring areas of gusty winds and snow to the Rockies and Plains today into Saturday.
