Southwestern Storm to Bring Rain and Thunderstorm Potential, and Snow in the Mountains

A storm in the Southwest will produce rain, locally heavy with the potential for flash flooding this weekend. Mountain snow will spread across the Southwest, Great Basin, and into the South/Central Rockies.
