A Moderate Risk of severe thunderstorms is in place into tonight for very large hail, damaging winds, and strong tornadoes for portions of the southern and central High Plains. A Moderate Risk for excessive rainfall and flash flooding is forecast today from the northern Texas Panhandle into southeast Nebraska.
