Wednesday: Cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Highs in the lower to mid 60s in the valleys and in the lower 50s to lower 60s at higher elevations. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph shifting to the southeast 10 to 15 mph in the late morning and early afternoon, then shifting to the southwest around 5 mph late in the afternoon.
