Cloudy with a 30 percent chance of light rain, possibly mixed with freezing rain in the evening, then mostly cloudy in the late evening and overnight. Lows in the upper 20s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts to around 30 mph shifting to the west 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 45 mph after midnight.
