.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of troughs or weak
cold fronts will move across the waters tonight into Sat with
lows developing E of the area. A stationary boundary will develop
S of the area later Fri. Low pressure will develop well S of the
area Sat, then slowly lift N Sat night while rapidly
intensifying. This system has the potential to produce major
impacts to shipping throughout the western Atlantic. Mariners
should continue to monitor the forecast for Sat and beyond, and
prepare to possibly execute avoidance plans.
