Deepening low pressure and a cold front pass E over  the waters Sun. The low will persist over SE Canada through Tue  night, and around the broad low, another series of surface  troughs will pass from NW to SE across the area. High pressure  then gradually builds E over the waters Wed into Thu night.    $$
