   ANZ898-090800-  435 PM EDT Sat Aug 8 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure S of the area  will drift off to the S and SE tonight into Sun as a low pressure  trough forms near the coast. Otherwise, a weak cold front will  move SE and reach the coast late Sun, move across the waters Sun  night into early Mon, and then dissipate late Mon. Another weak  cold front will approach from the NW early Mon night and cross  the waters late Mon night into Tue. Yet another weak cold front  will slide E and SE over the area late Tue into Tue night, then  stall over the S waters Wed and Wed night as weak low pressure  areas move E along the front. A stronger cold front will move SE  over the waters late Thu and Thu night.    $$
