.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure just SE of the
waters will move well out into the N Atlantic tonight through
early Thu. A series of surface troughs then moves SE across the
area through early Sat. Low pressure should rapidly strengthen
and broaden off of the SE U.S. coast Sat and Sat night. The
intense low only gradually moves NE Sat night through Sun
evening, finally approaching Atlantic Canada late Sun night.
Another series of surface troughs will move S across the waters
behind the low Mon and Mon night, with a cold front approaching
the waters late Mon night. Mariners should monitor the forecasts
for Sat and beyond, preparing to execute avoidance plans.
