   ANZ899-110245-  1034 PM EDT Sat May 9 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak stationary front just S  of the area will lift N over the S waters tonight while it  dissipates. A warm front will lift N from the northern portion  early tonight. A cold front will develop and move E across the  waters overnight and Sun as low pressure develops along the  front and moves E over the N waters into Sun. Another cold front  will move to the coast late Sun and Sun night, then slowly push  offshore Mon and Mon night. Broad low pressure will develop  along the front well offshore the Mid-Atlantic coast by late  Mon, then track off to the NE of the waters Mon night and Tue  while pulling a cold front SE through the remainder of the area.  High pressure will build E across the waters Tue into Wed behind  the cold front, then likely shift E Wed night into Thu. Yet  another cold front will move offshore late Thu or Thu night.    $$

Areas of fog  with vsby 1 nm or less.  SUN NIGHT  W to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N to NW 5 to  15 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Areas of fog, then scattered showers and  chance of tstms. Vsby 1 NM or less.  MON  N to NE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Showers likely  with vsby 1 nm or less.  MON NIGHT  N winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft.  TUE  N winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to  5 ft.  TUE NIGHT  SW winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 10 to 15 kt.  Seas 3 to 4 ft.  WED  S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S 10 to 15 kt.
