Strong high pressure will move over the N and central  areas today, persist over this area through Mon night, then  slowly shift E of the region Tue and Tue night. A low pressure  trough along the SE coast today will persist through Tue, then  weaken Tue night. The NAVTEX station in Charleston, South  Carolina is currently inoperative. Technicians are aware, and are  working on the issue.    $$
