   ANZ899-121415-  932 PM EST Wed Dec 11 2024      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front will move E  across the region tonight into early Thu. Locally strong  thunderstorms are likely near and ahead of the strong cold front  tonight into early Thu. Mariners should use caution for very  gusty winds and very rough seas in and near the stronger  thunderstorms. A secondary cold front will cross the N portion  late Thu into Fri. Strong high pressure will gradually build E to  near the northern mid-Atlantic coast Fri and Fri night, then  gradually move E over the far northern waters Sat into Mon. The  high will pass E of the region later Mon and Mon night. Broad low  pressure will pass well S and SE of the waters later Fri into Sun  before weakening. A low pressure trough will develop near the  Georgia and Carolina coasts Sat night, prevail into Mon, and then  dissipate Mon night.    $$
