A coastal trough will develop Mon, and  persist into Fri. Otherwise, a series of weak cold fronts will  stall near or just N of the waters Mon into Thu. A somewhat  stronger cold front will approach from the NW Thu, and then move  rather slowly SE over the N and central waters Thu night into Fri  night.    $$
