A warm front will lift N across  the waters later tonight into Sun night as strong low pressure  develops along the front while tracking NE. The strengthening low  will pass N and NE of the area later Sun night into Mon night  while pulling another strong cold front SE across the area. A  strong high pressure ridge will build SE over the region Mon  night into Tue, then shift SE of the area Tue night. A series of  low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts will cross the  waters Tue night through Wed night. Another developing low will  move over the outer waters Wed night, then track NE Thu before  passing E of the region Thu night.    $$
