.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front will move E

gusty winds and very rough seas in and near the stronger
thunderstorms. A secondary cold front will cross the N portion
late Thu into Fri. Strong high pressure will gradually build E to
near the northern mid-Atlantic coast Fri and Fri night, then
gradually move E over the far northern waters Sat into Mon. The
high will pass E of the region later Mon and Mon night. Broad low
pressure will pass well S and SE of the waters later Fri into Sun
before weakening. A low pressure trough will develop near the
Georgia and Carolina coasts Sat night, prevail into Mon, and then
dissipate Mon night.
