A secondary  cold front will move across the N waters later today and tonight,  before high pressure builds E over the S and central waters  tonight into Tue. A surface trough will cross the northern waters  tonight and Tue, followed by low pressure Tue and Tue night. The  low will push a cold front across the region Tue, with the front  clearing E of the central and northern waters early Tue night. A  secondary cold front will follow across the northern waters Tue  night and early Wed. Behind the fronts, high pressure will build  offshore across the northern portions while extending a ridge SW  across the region Wed. The high will shift NE of the area Wed  night as the ridge remains across the region through Fri night.    $$
