   ANZ899-252000-  507 AM EDT Mon May 25 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure E of the N waters  will maintain a ridge across the central and N waters today into  Tue. A warm front will move NE away from the N waters today,  followed by a cold front moving slowly S through the N waters  tonight into Tue. The front will become nearly stationary off of  the mid- Atlantic coast from late Tue into Wed night while high  pressure passes across the N waters and ridging persists over the  S waters. The front will resume moving S Thu as another cold  front moves S through the N waters. The southern front will stall  across the far S waters Thu night through Fri night. The northern  front will move E away from the area Thu night. High pressure  will gradually build E across the N and central waters Thu night  through Fri night.    $$
