.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Ongoing NE swell from the
remnants of Humberto and Imelda will diminish tonight. Strong
high pressure will move over the N and central areas tonight,
persist over the area through Mon night, then slowly shift E of
the region Tue into Wed while maintaining a ridge axis across the
area. A low pressure trough along the SE coast will persist
tonight through Tue, then weaken Tue night into Wed. A cold
front will move SE over the waters Wed night. The NAVTEX station
in Charleston, South Carolina is currently inoperative.
Technicians are aware, and are working on the issue.
