   ANZ899-012045-  332 AM EST Sun Feb 1 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure E of the Carolinas  will continue to intensify as it moves NE today, with the low  moving NE of the area by tonight. The intense low will be  centered S of Nova Scotia early tonight and approach  Newfoundland Mon. Several surface troughs will move S across the  waters behind the low Mon and Mon night, and continue over the N  waters through Tue night. High pressure will gradually build E  over the waters later Mon night into Tue, then move E of the area  Tue night. A warm front is expected to lift into the N and  central mid Atlantic coast Tue night with weak low pressure  developing along the front. The low pressure will track E across  the waters Wed and E of the area Wed night. A trailing cold front  to move S and SE across the waters Wed and Wed night, then S of  the area Thu. High pressure will build E over the area Thu and  Thu night as low pressure develops SE of the waters along the  earlier cold front that moved S of area.    $$
