Over the N portions, a cold front will  stall off the Delmarva coast tonight, then persist into Thu  night. Low pressure will develop along the front off the New  Jersey coast Thu night, then move slowly E and NE along the  stalled boundary Fri and Fri night, before clearing well NE of  the area Sat. Behind the low, a warm front will move NE across  the far N waters Sat. A cold front will approach the N waters  from the NW Sat night, then move offshore Sun. The cold front  will stall and weaken across the central waters Sun night  through Mon night.    $$
