   PZZ898-091615-  737 PM PST Sat Nov 8 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong low  pressure system will pass W and NW of the waters this evening  into early Sun then pass N of the waters Sun afternoon. A cold  front associated with the system will move E across the waters  later on Sun and Sun night, then move inland early Mon. A cold  front will move SE into the outer N waters Mon night, then stall  and weaken over this area. An area of high pressure will build NE  over the region Sun night into Tue as a weak coastal trough  develops along the Oregon coast. The high pressure will weaken  Tue night. A stronger low pressure system will approach from the  W later Wed, then weaken as it moves E over waters Thu and Thu  night. An associated strong cold front will move E across the  area Wed and Wed night and be followed by a trough that will move  E over the waters Thu and Thu night.    $$

Areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.  MON  W to SW winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming NW 10 to 15 kt. Seas  9 to 11 ft.  MON NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt, diminishing to 5 to 10 kt.  Seas 7 to 10 ft.  TUE  N to NE winds less than 10 kt, becoming E to NE.
