.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build offshore tonight, strengthen slightly tomorrow, and remain
anchored just to the west into Wednesday. On Wed night, this high
pressure weakens and shifts to the SW ahead of increased
troughing on Thu. A cold front will cross the waters NW to SE on
Friday. Troughing lingers on Saturday as low pressure slides
inland to the north.
