A warm front will move NE into the waters  tonight and early Wed, followed by an area of low pressure  moving across the N waters Wed while pushing a cold front SE  across the waters late Wed into early Thu. The front will stall  across the Oregon waters Thu through Fri before moving S of the  area as a cold front fri night into Sat. Weak high pressure will  build across the waters N of the front Fri night through Sat  night.    $$
