   PZZ898-181015-  155 PM PST Tue Feb 17 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will move  quickly S through the Oregon waters this evening, while another  trough persists along the Washington coast and N to Vancouver  Island tonight into Wed. Another trough or weak area of low  pressure will move SE across the waters late Wed into Wed night,  then stall along the coast Thu. A high pressure ridge will cross  the area Thu night, then shift S and E of the area Fri. A broad  and complex area of low pressure will approach the area from the  NW Fri, stall just W of the waters Fri night into Sat, then  slowly track back W Sat night through Sun night. The low will  push a cold front E into the waters Fri night. The front will  then stall over the waters, oriented S to N, through Sun night,  as smaller embedded areas of low pressure ride N along the front.    $$
