.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough along the
Vancouver Island coast will dissipate this evening. The trough
will reform along the coast Sat night and persist through Tue
night. Another trough will extend N along the far SW Oregon coast
today, continue through tonight, then expand farther N Sat into
Sun before diminishing Sun night into Mon. High pressure will
build E toward the area today through Sat night, then persist
along or just W of 140W through Wed night. A surface trough will
redevelop along Vancouver Island late Wed into Wed night.
