   PZZ899-160315-  732 AM PST Sun Feb 15 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure centered over  the N California waters will be nearly stationary and strengthen  today into Sun night. The low will begin to weaken and move S  early Mon and absorbed by a new low SW of the central waters. A  cold front will move over the N waters Mon night into Tues, and a  separate cold front with the new low will pass over the S waters  as well. Another cold front will move over the N and central  waters Tue night into Wed then pass over the S waters through Wed  night. Another low will pass along the outer N waters Wed night  before entering the central W Thu and the S waters into Thu  night. High pressure will build in from N to S Thu into Thu night  behind the front.    $$
