   PZZ899-170315-  759 AM PST Mon Feb 16 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure centered over the  northern California waters will begin to weaken and move S today  before being absorbed by a new low SW of the central waters this  afternoon. A cold front will move over the N waters tonight into  Tue, and a separate cold front with the new low will pass over  the S waters as well. Another cold front will move over the N and  central waters Tue night into Wed then pass over the S waters Wed  night. Another low will pass along the outer N waters Wed night  before entering the central W Thu and the S waters into Thu  night. High pressure will build in from N to S Thu into Fri night  behind the front.    $$
