Weakening low pressure area will slowly  drift S and SE over the N waters tonight, then move slowly E and  SE over the central waters Tue and Tue night. Strengthening high  pressure will build in across the N and central portions Wed and  Wed night, then maintain a ridge just W of the area Thu into Sat  night. A low pressure trough will develop along the California  coast Tue night and persist into Fri night. The trough will  weaken Fri night as another trough develops across the N and  central waters Fri night into Sat night.    $$
