A strong low pressure system will pass N of the  waters today and tonight with its associated front crossing the N  waters tonight. Then high pressure will build and persist over  the waters Fri and Fri night. Another cold front will approach  from the W on Sat and slowly move into the waters through Sun  night before stalling. The stalled front will then slowly weaken  through Mon night. The NAVTEX transmitter in Cambria is  currently down at this time. Technicians are aware, and are  working on a resolution.    $$
