.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist W of
the waters tonight, expand N and E into the outer northern
waters Sun, then persist Sun night into Tue. A coastal trough
will persist tonight through Mon night, then weaken Tue. A weak
area of low pressure will pass through the northern waters Tue
night and Wed. The associated cold front will move SE through the
central and northern waters Wed through Thu. High pressure will
build NW of the area Thu night as the coastal trough redevelops.
