.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
remain in place across the Oregon waters today into tonight, and
then lift N to the Washington waters by Fri. The high will then
pass N and NW of the waters Fri night into Sat. A coastal low
pressure trough along the Oregon coast will likely persist
through Fri. A warm front will approach the outer Oregon waters
from the SW Fri night, and move into or near the southern Oregon
waters Sat and Sat night while weakening and becoming
stationary. The weak front will then slide off to the S and SE
Sun and Sun night as high pressure builds over the area from the
N. The high will remain overhead Mon, and then move toward the
coast Mon night as a cold front approaches from the W.
