A weak trough extending  from the Oregon coast S to the inner central waters will persist  today through Mon, then become confined to just the N California  coast Mon night through Thu. A cold front will reach the N waters  late Tue, then move S into the central waters Tue night while  dissipating. The coastal trough will slowly push offshore and  expand S towards the inner central waters Thu night.    $$
