   PZZ899-132130-  1223 AM PST Fri Feb 13 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal trough will persist  today into tonight before dissipating Sat. A cold front will  approach the far N waters from the N late today, then stall over  the far N waters tonight into Sat. Low pressure will develop  along the front tonight into Sat W of the area, then track NE  Sat before stalling Sat night over the N waters. The low will  strengthen Sun and then slowly retreat back S Sun night. An  associated cold front will move slowly S and E across the waters  Sun through Mon, followed by the low moving inland Mon night as  the cold front pushes through the S waters Tue night. A weak  front or trough will move over the N waters Tue before slowing  over the central waters Tue night.    $$
