   PZZ899-130330-  731 AM PST Thu Feb 12 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure will track S  through the central waters today before dissipating over the  outer central waters late tonight. A coastal trough will develop  on tonight and persist through Fri night before dissipating Sat.  A cold front will approach the far N waters from the N late Fri,  then stall over the far N waters Fri night. Low pressure will  develop along the front Fri night W of the area, then track NE  Sat before stalling Sat night, remaining just W of the waters.  The low will strengthen and then slowly retreat back S Sun and  Sun night. An associated cold front will move slowly E across the  waters Sun through Mon, followed by the low drifting back E into  the waters Mon before dissipating Mon night.    $$
