   PZZ899-071030-  141 PM PST Thu Nov 6 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong low pressure system  will pass well N of the waters this evening and tonight, pushing  a front crossing the N waters tonight. High pressure will build  and persist over the waters Fri and Fri night. A low pressure  will remain W of the waters Fri night through Sun as it tracks  N. An associated cold front will approach from the W on Sat and  slowly move into the waters through Sun night before stalling.  The stalled front will then slowly weaken through Mon night. High  pressure will build in from the NW Tue and Tue night with low  pressure trough developing along the coast. The NAVTEX  transmitter in Cambria is currently down at this time.  Technicians are aware, and are working on a resolution.    $$
