.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist along the
California coast or just inland through Thu night. High pressure
NW of the waters will persist through Tue night, then gradually
drift SW Wed through Thu night, remaining well W of the waters.
The remnants of Tropical Storm Elida will approach the outer
southern waters from the SW late Tue into Tue night. The system
will then drift E into the central waters and dissipate Wed.
Mariners should exercise caution and monitor National Hurricane
Center forecasts for the latest information.
