High pressure  NW of the waters will persist through Tue night, then gradually  drift SW Wed through Thu night, remaining well W of the waters.  The remnants of Tropical Storm Elida will approach the outer  southern waters from the SW late Tue into Tue night. The system  will then drift E into the central waters and dissipate Wed.  Mariners should exercise caution and monitor National Hurricane  Center forecasts for the latest information.    $$
