.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will persist near the
California coast today through Wed night, while high pressure
centered to the W and NW of the waters extends a ridge across
most of the area. A cold front will dissipate across the southern
waters this morning. Another cold front will approach the area
from the NW later today, but then weaken across the N and
central outer waters tonight, before then dissipating on Sun.
