A cold  front will approach from the NW Tue and cross the N waters Tue  night into Wed before continuing S through Wed night. A secondary  weak trough will move across the N waters Wed night into early  Thu. High pressure will then build in across the waters Thu night  while a surface trough develops along the coast. The NAVTEX  station at Astoria, Oregon has been reported as inoperative.  Technicians are aware.    $$
