...Drenching ThunderStorms This Afternoon...

Strengthening thunderstorms over the western half of Monroe county
at 2 PM will slowly move east northeast through 3 PM. Some of the
storms will produce as much as an inch of rain in under an hours
time. This will be enough to cause localized ponding and possibly
some poor drainage issues in urban areas. Some storms could also
produce wind gusts to 40 mph.

Additional strong storms will be possible later tonight.
