After escaping saturation this morning, daytime minimum relative
humidities are expected to fall into 20s and low 30s for eastern
Ohio and northern West Virginia this afternoon. Humidities in the
30s and 40s are more likely for western Pennsylvania. Despite
this, winds are expected to remain light out of the east. Rain
chances and higher relative humidity prevail Monday and beyond.
