At 651 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Ledyard Center, or 7 miles southeast of Norwich, moving east at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
