...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON MDT TODAY THROUGH THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast New Mexico,
  including the following areas, in north central New Mexico, East
  Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Southern Sangre de Cristo
  Mountains. In northeast New Mexico, Northeast Highlands.

* WHEN...From noon MDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered and slow moving thunderstorms may produce rainfall
    rates in excess of 1 inch per hour, creating rapid runoff
    that can quickly produce flash flooding, particularly below
    burn scars.
