...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM MDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding along the Rio Chama. Emergency management reported
  flooding between La Madera arroyo and State Road 233. The Rio
  Chama has re-routed due to sand build-up and will continue to
  impact ranches in the area.

* WHERE...A portion of north central New Mexico, including the
  following county, south central Rio Arriba.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Farmland inundation.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 428 PM MDT, emergency management continues to report
    flooding in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Medanales and Chili.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
