Showers and thunderstorms are forecast to develop rapidly near the Turkey mountains early Friday afternoon or possibly as early as the late morning. Brief heavy rain, gusty outflow winds and small hail are possible from the stronger storms. A ridge of high pressure returns to northern NM Saturday. .REST OF TONIGHT...
