...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL QUAY COUNTY UNTIL
415 PM MDT...

At 342 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles east of San Jon, or 33 miles east of Tucumcari, moving
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly rural areas of Quay County.

This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 361 and 373.
