...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SAN MIGUEL AND
NORTHEASTERN GUADALUPE COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM MDT...

At 326 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northwest of Cuervo, or 15 miles northeast of Santa Rosa. This
storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Newkirk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.

possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
northeastern and east central New Mexico.
