.DISCUSSION...

Generally light winds can be expected across the region today, and
will vary somewhat in direction as surface high pressure moves east
across the Dakotas. Afternoon humidity values are forecast to drop
to between 40 and 50 percent for most areas.

Wind direction will become east-southeast on Thursday, with rain
chances increasing once again. Humidity values are forecast to be
fairly high on Thursday, ranging from 50 to 80 percent.
