Another frontal boundary will progress through the region today. Strong to severe thunderstorms may develop as soon as this morning and possibly again late this afternoon across the east. Confidence is low in intensity and placement. Minimum relative humidity will fall to 25 to 45 percent with the lowest relative humidity behind the front in north central South Dakota.
