South to southeast winds will develop today, with speeds perhaps gusting over 35 mph across central SD. Afternoon humidity is forecast to fall to between 35 and 45 percent. Strong to severe storms, with wetting rains, are possible across north central SD late this afternoon and evening, with precip moving eastward across the region through tonight. Northwest winds can be expected on Tuesday behind tonight`s passing cold front. Relative humidity is forecast to fall to between 25 and 40 percent by late afternoon.
