Periods of rain will be the main story for the next few days. The
highest rainfall amounts will occur across east central South Dakota
before the rain comes to an end on Saturday. Also look for the
potential for strong to severe thunderstorms, mainly across areas
along and south of Highway 212 this afternoon and evening, and again
Friday afternoon and evening.

High temperatures today will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Low
temperatures tonight will be in the mid 50s to lower 60s.
