A weak trough of low pressure along the west Gulf Coast organizes
into a weak low at 60N 147W at 1002 mb by Mon afternoon. The low
drifts slowly east, reaching 59N 145W at 1008 mb by Tue morning,
then dissipates by Tue afternoon.
